The members of LACTLD present in the Montreal ICANN meeting, met for the last three days and agreed to express their full support to the draft bylaws for the creation of the ccNSO.

We strongly believe that ccTLD global issues must have a forum to be discussed within the ICANN structure. We think that the proposed bylaws for the ccNSO provide sufficient ground to proceed forward and, in short time, hopefully be joined by most - and hopefully all - ccTLD managers.
