By this mean, I allow myself to communicate that our institution has the interest in participating in Latin American and Caribbean Top Level Domains, LACTLD, which objectives are:

a) To coordinate policies altogether, such as strategies to develop the domain names in a regional level.
b) To represent the interests of its members altogether before the pertinent organizations.
c) To promote the development of the ccTLDs of the region.
d) To encourage the cooperation and the exchange of experiencies among its members, in every necessary aspect for the appropiate operation of the ccTLDs.
e) To establish cooperation bonds with similar organizations from other regions of the world.
f) To develop the objectives of its own.

With the signature of this membership letter we subscribe ourselves as associates of LACTLD and do agree with the conditions established in its bylaws and with the agreements reached by the Assembly in connection with the fees outlines and other associates obligations.
